6 Holmes Grove Naenae, Lower Hutt City

Tucked away in the lower hills, 6 Holmes Grove sits quietly enjoying views over the valley and hills, but step inside and you will be pleasantly surprised what is hidden beyond...this home is a generous 170sqm with a modern kitchen with dining, a spacious lounge extending out to a deck, three bedrooms, family bathroom with a bath and shower and separate WC. The lower level has a laundry and a garage with oodles of storage that you will just love!

The outdoor space is just magic, it's almost like you have separate living areas with space for the BBQ and kids to play, garden boxes where you can grow your own crisp and fresh veges or sit amongst the lavender and feijoas on the deck and enjoy the chatter of the birds.

This family has modernised the home so the next proud owners will get to enjoy and make great memories just like they have, so come along and have a look. To view contact Jit and Jiggy Govind.
