14 Wilkie Crescent Naenae, Lower Hutt City

Only way to describe this beautiful two double bedroom home!
Everything has been done to a very high standard and if you are looking for your first home or even downsizing then do not go past this one!
Both kitchen and bathroom are stunning, the flow from the kitchen to rear deck and back garden opens to the evening sun, the yard is superb for children and there is a great garage with workshop for those mechanically minded or requiring a decent lockup.
The exterior has been freshly painted, the interior is awesome and it is fully insulated through out including ceiling, underfloor and walls!
Hot water is catered for with gas Infinity, the woodburner in the lounge is only two years and has just had it's annual service!
There is even a loft for extra storage.
This is one immaculate home all ready for you and if you are shopping from the mid/upper $600's then you must add this to your list without fail!

Tender closes 2:00pm, Thursday 8 April.
