3/47 Tennyson Street Petone, Lower Hutt City

This lovely one bedroom unit will appeal to downsizers and also singles or couples wanting to be in a sought after Petone location. The bedroom is a good size with ample storage which is off the generous sized lounge with fantastic afternoon sun. The kitchen, while original, is very tidy and has an area for a small table dining table.

The bathroom has been upgraded with shower over the bath. A separate laundry out the back as well as a small private paved courtyard completes the this very nice property. It's in the middle of a row of three and has the huge bonus of a single garage.

The area is quiet and you'll love the sunny aspect.
