63 McLeod Street Elderslea, Upper Hutt City

Here's a little beauty in a nice area of town. Situated in a popular location surrounded by well maintained homes & gardens, we have an original two bedroom unit down a back section for those searching for quiet secluded living. This compact home has a good sized lounge/dining with a tidy kitchen which opens onto a lovely lawn and garden for those warm summer evenings coming up. Both bedrooms have good storage space and the bathroom has a bath as well as seperate shower. There's some modernising that can be undertaken to make this a very comfortable home.

Sadly the current owner has had to move into a retirement complex after enjoying this home for many years.

If you're in the market for your first home or if your family have left and you're wanting to downsize from a larger family situation, then you need to come and see this.
